Official Receiver announces new application form for name approvals

Limassol, Cyprus, October 8, 2007 - The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver of
Cyprus has recently issued a circular by which they advised of the new
"application form" to be used when applying for a "Name
Approval / Change of Name". InfoScreen has confirmed that their letter
was merely a recommendation and was
NOT meant to impose a mandatory requirement. For your information,
applicants can still apply for the Approval / Change of a Name through the
submission of a simple letter if they wish to do so.
